Experience Working With Developers
I love working alongside developers in the greater Denver metro area. My expertise in, and passion for, sustainable building has led to great partnerships with developers. I continue to have the pleasure of working with the likes of Key Development, LLC. Our recent projects are being developed in the hot SOBO area between Evans and Yale on the west side of Broadway. A very unique, cutting edge designed duplex on S Cherokee is worth checking out! See below for renderings and plans. CLICK HERE
Another great project we had was 50 North, a 12 townhome development in Denver’s Baker neighborhood and across the street at 41-47 Galapago, a gorgeous tri-plex was built. Click below to take an in-depth look at these projects as well as many additional exciting projects I am involved with.
Partnerships like this give me the opportunity to match a larger number of homes with the right buyers more often, so more folks get to enjoy the city I’m proud to call my home.
Specialized Services To Assist Developers
2657 and 2659 S Cherokee Project
A very unique and exceptional architectural plan by Robb Studio built by Key Development. This South Broadway duplex is completely set apart from the other new builds popping up. The entirety of each home was planned to have infused, natural light in every room! Each unit has 2525 finished square feet with three large bedrooms, three full baths and a powder room on the main floor. The full basement design does not feel like underground space as there are tons of windows and light streaming in. The sunken kitchen design breaks up the open main floor flow and exits to a back yard and two car garage. The master bedroom offers an amazing mountain view from a private deck. All levels have extremely high ceilings making the home feel even more spacious and open. Modern exterior with long horizontal brick, concrete planters, and a streamlined design. All lighting and finishes are superb. This extraordinary new build is on the cutting edge of contemporary architecture.
Great Galapago Development

50 North Development Project
For this site, I worked with Key Development, LLC with the initial hope to repurpose the existing warehouse on the property. The structure wasn’t strong enough to sustain living quarters on the 2nd floor, so it had to be demolished. The builder and architect decided to do a 12 unit condo complex utilizing a modular product. It was cool to learn more about this as these are built off-site in a completely contained environment; so there is no hold up due to weather. The same folks work on the same parts (like a car factory) so they are very well-built, and the envelope is super environmental and sustainable. The first floor was built on site with an office and garage.
To get a closer look at the project, just click the button below. I sold every townhome from 42-64 Galapago Street before we finished construction. If you are a builder or developer and are looking for the perfect Realtor, look no further. I have the experience and love of working with builders and developers!

Other Development Projects
41 Elati Development
41 Elati has been completely revamped with all new systems, two bedrooms, sleek modern open floorplan, quartz counter and modern cabinetry, high-end appliances in the kitchen and beautiful bath on the main level. TALL ceilings with custom designed tall doors off of the bedrooms. The lower space offers a large open floor plan with huge closet and bath. The lower level could easily be used as a master bedroom area. The exterior has been updated with stucco, new windows, covered back patio and front porch, as well as a new 2 car garage.
35 Elati Development
Key development in conjunction with Robb Studio architects designed this brand new home in the Baker Historic District. Due to the historical designation on this street, Denver Landmark was involved with exterior elevation and detail. The smaller home directly to the north at 41 Elati had a very large lot which allowed for the redevelopment of the existing home and an addition of the new. Both homes will be completed and sold in 2016.
