Getting the Best Financing

I know some of the top lending resources in the Denver market. I do feel it is best to work with a local lender with a personal contact. I will connect you with excellent mortgage professionals who have been very helpful in getting my past clients to the closing table! I also ask that they contact each seller’s agent once an offer is made. This assists that listing agent in understanding your qualifications.

Inspections and Repair Negotiations

After many years in the biz, my biggest strength is in negotiation. A firm believer in a collaborative spirit, I know and have worked with many wonderful agents. Our mutual goal is to get our clients to closing. There will be price negotiations as well as working with the seller on inspection repairs and often other terms. You are in good hands, as I am very used to navigating these processes.

Price Negotiations

As markets change, our strategies have to adjust. I am confident in my ability to get you property comps to make our offers strong and put you in a great position. I call each agent to ask questions and find out seller timing and preferences. I create strong rapport with everyone we work with, giving you an upper hand!

Contract to Closing

It’s both exciting and stressful negotiating a real estate purchase contract. Once it’s signed by the sellers, buyers can relax a bit, but my team gets busy! There are more negotiations, document deliveries, inspections, appraisal, title details and mortgage tasks to be accomplished to reach a successful closing. You will be notified each step of the way, but my goal is to make this as stress free for you as I possibly can!
