I love working alongside developers in the greater Denver metro area. My expertise in, and passion for “Green” or sustainable real estate has led to great partnerships with developers. I had and continue to have the pleasure of working with the likes of Key Development, LLC. One of our most recent projects was for the 50 North, 12 townhome development in Denver’s Baker neighborhood.

Key Development, the team who built the 50 North 12 unit Townhomes across the street will be completing this three unit townhome complex in 2017. Each of the three homes will include 2192 square feet!

41 Elati Development
41 Elati has been completely revamped with all new systems, two bedrooms, sleek modern open floorplan, quartz counter and modern cabinetry, high-end appliances in the kitchen and beautiful bath on the main level. TALL ceilings with custom designed tall doors off of the bedrooms. The lower space offers a large open floor plan with huge closet and bath. The lower level could easily be used as a master bedroom area. The exterior has been updated with stucco, new windows, covered back patio and front porch, as well as a new 2 car garage.
35 Elati Development
Key development in conjunction with Robb Studio architects designed this brand new home in the Baker Historic District. Due to the historical designation on this street, Denver Landmark was involved with exterior elevation and detail. The smaller home directly to the north at 41 Elati had a very large lot which allowed for the redevelopment of the existing home and an addition of the new. Both homes will be completed and sold in 2016.

For this site, I worked with Key Development, LLC with the initial hope to repurpose the existing warehouse on the property. The structure wasn’t strong enough to sustain living quarters on the 2nd floor, so it had to be demolished. The builder and architect decided to do a 12 unit condo complex utilizing a modular product. It was cool to learn more about this as these are built off-site in a completely contained environment; so there is no hold up due to weather. The same folks work on the same parts (like a car factory) so they are very well-built, and the envelope is super environmental and sustainable. The first floor was built on site with an office and garage.
