A Little Bit About Terri…
As a full service Denver real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers, developers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types. I’ve been licensed in Colorado since 2005 and sold new homes prior to that where I learned how a home is built from the ground up. I have great interest in sustainability and real estate. I am fortunate to have the longevity and confidence stemming from providing real estate services to a great many clients. Their repeat business, referrals and recommendations to others keep me productive, successful and happily busy!

I pride myself in assisting numerous sellers in getting their homes sold effectively, quickly and for top dollar! I learn all about your home from top to bottom, then assist you in getting it show ready, hire top-notch photographers, create great marketing materials, highly promote your home on-line, in person and work hard to bring you qualified buyers!

I love working alongside developers in the greater Denver metro area. My expertise in, and passion for, “Green” sustainable real estate has led to great partnerships with developers. With extensive knowledge in new home construction, sustainable building methods and marketing expertise, I can work with you from start to completion to final sale dates!
